In late November, I developed Bells Palsy, just before leaving for a vacation. A friend of mine had met Stephen Fog and recommended I reach out to him. Not only did Stephen offer to meet me in his office on a Sunday for my first treatment before I left, but after only two visits my symptons dramatically improved. This was completely unexpected as my son had had Bells Palsy and it took months to subside (without any treatment). Even while on vacation, when people learned I had developed the condition only 10 days prior, they could not see much evidence of it in my face. Aside from healing me, Stephen is very considerate in his approach. He listens and tries to get an overall picture of you as a whole, not just your immediate complaint. I have gone to Steve for a number of aches and pains, mainly caused by sports.  I am 73 years young and love to play tennis and paddle and now padel. The last time I had a treatment from Steve was for my back. One treatment about 2 months ago and I have feeling fine.  He asks a lot of questions and takes a lot of notes and explains the treatment. Wonderful experience at Silver and Sage Acupuncture......

I have added acupuncture treatments to my wellness plan from time to time for the lingering symptoms of chronic Lyme disease. Stephen Fog is a very insightful and knowledgable practitioner of a broad range of modalities.  His thoughtful approach at our intake appointment, was extremely helpful in order to understand how best to fine tune my treatment plan. After treatment my overall symptoms have improved and I am looking forward to continuing with more treatments. I was somewhat skeptical about whether acupuncture could help with my chronic leg pain. Steve Fog's treatments have given me relief, and I am sold on the benefits. Steve is very knowledgeable about acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and takes a lot of time to understand your particular situation and issue. He is kind and caring.
